The entire staff except for Penny deserve five stars. Noel is amazing. Cassidy is amazing. Fran is amazing. The lady who gave me Tootsie rolls is amazing. Penny penny penny! I wrote her name three times cause that’s how many interactions I’ve had in past visits where there was some sort of attitude, some sort of problem some sort of issue some sort of look some sort of face some sort of huogh or someone else had to step in and handle it. My husband and I went to our initial visit with our new PCM. We love, Dr. LADHA! She is very personable and very competent. We look forward to working with her, hopefully for years to come.
Dr. Ladha and the entire staff in the Winter Haven, Cypress Parkway location was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ladha was very thorough and detailed with my care. Highly recommended.
