Normally see Dr. Cancace which is extremely professional, attentive, and patient. She was booked so I went for the soonest appointment which was Dr. Nickolas Mileos. I visited this doctor for multiple concerns, which I had already discussed with the assistant before he came in. However, as soon as I started explaining my pain, he cut me off, acted annoyed, and told me to focus on one issue at a time. Dr. Nicole saw me, expressed her concerns, knows I need a holster heart monitor yet refuses to put in the order because they want me to pay TWICE. I was also referred to another BAYCARE facility. ALL A SCHEME.
I waited 6 months for a new patient appt with Dr Gallardo. Received 3 reminder texts, so, they know my #. Arrived for my appt and receptionist told me Dr decided didn't want any new patients and I should find a new provider. Guess they don't teach caring or consideration in medical school she attended
Just make sure you don't have to deal with Susan at the front desk. She has a mouth on her. Major attitude for no reason. They need to put cameras in that office or get rid of her immediately! Dr Gallardo is great. Lots of patience, great bedside manner. She listened to all of my concerns and I did not feel judged by her. Her medical assistant, Hannah, was great too.
These are the best doctors I've ever had anywhere. Staff is professional and helpful.
