I have been seeing Dr Pandurangan, now part of this group, for over 12 years. She is highly professional and knowledgeable and works hard to make me feel comfortable. I have never had any issue with either wait times or any front office staff. They have also been professional and courteous to me. I highly recommend this Baycare Primary Care location.
I have had a great experience here. Im not sure if there were different doctors or staff in the past but I have only had good experiences here. I have seen Mathew Irvin, MD and Kelly Mullikin, PA-C. Both are excellent providers that took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff is extremely professional and attentive. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments when arriving. My wife sees Lupita Gallardo, MD and says she is amazing too. No complaints at all.
Literally the place where people go to speed up their meeting up with God, too bad I had no idea how horrible this place was at 1st
