I went in for an eye infection and a cough. Sweet people very excellent customer service. The women in the front was very nice. All of the nurses and doctors were great. I will come back . Great place to go if you need caring medical attention.
I recently went here to be drug tested for work and the front desk people are absolutely useless they are rude and do not want to be there and do not want to do there job, if you are stabbed and just feet away from this location I would still say go to another location, the nurses in the back are great on the other hand
This place needs to be closed for horrible service. In September, I was sent to the mental hospital with the Baycare act, which I didn't know what it was until I was there, after being released I contacted the primary care Dr. As she requested and she didn't have appointments, according to the Baycare secretary, they will call me when she will be available, after several weeks of waiting, I sent a message through the portal, a person contacted me and said that the doctor will contact me soon. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have been going here for almost two years and Dr.Jain was great and then Maranda was also and they left and I was given the worst DR possible. Lying and playing games about your medicine. Can’t wait to get out the door and doesn’t listen to you. The whole experience was a complete disaster and a joke. Stay away, NPs leave without professional notice, probably due to the lack of professionalism from the doctors. Then instead of having courtesy and speaking with patients, they attempt to meet and bill insurance again, instead of correcting issues like the overseeing physician should. DO NOT GO, they are a complete mess. Only thing they have going for them is the support staff up front. I feel sorry for anyone working underneath Pratt-Eugene, Amina, if Webster had a photo for unprofessional you’d see her picture there.
