If you are a new patient, don’t waste your time calling or checking online to see if they accept your insurance. They may tell you they do, have you complete their application and provide all of your personal information, only to later tell you they don’t accept your insurance the day of your appointment! Don’t trust anyone who says they have verified your insurance unless you see them do it. Also, be aware that they may cancel your appointment on the day of your visit with very little notice. Patient visits were fine. Provider was fine. Communication with this office is near impossible. They’ll go full days without picking up the phone. Your voice messages will go days without being returned. You portal messages at best get answered in 2 days. If you’re lucky enough that someone picks up the phone - your message goes from the front desk, to the MA, to the doctor. The doctor the communicates back to the MA. Then you hear back. Great pediatrician! The office is clean, and the front desk staff is kind and friendly. Scheduling is easy, they have good availability and accept newborn appointments. Dr. Salud is incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful. She takes her time with patients and provides clear explanations and thoughtful advice. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I love that they have a separate well-child waiting room and provide masks at the front desk for both adults and babies. They always give us space and time to settle in with ... read more
