I’ve been a long-time patient at BayCare Medical Group on W Swann Ave in Tampa, FL, and I’ve never experienced the level of poor communication and lack of compassion that I encountered during a recent visit with my mother. She was very sick, and I was fortunate to secure her a same-day appointment just a few hours after calling. I needed a new Primary Care... Always hard to switch doctors, but I found one. I am so happy I found this group. Great staff and I really like my 'new doctor'!
AVOID! I have been going here for a few months and I’ve had several appointments. Sure they can get you in fast, but getting a result is another story. I have left several messages trying to get a callback for two different times of results. One of the results I only got because I had another appointment for something else and asked her directly.
