Great pediatrician! The office is clean, and the front desk staff is kind and friendly. Scheduling is easy, they have good availability and accept newborn appointments. Dr. Salud is incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful. She takes her time with patients and provides clear explanations and thoughtful advice. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. If I could give 0 I would!!!! Their TOTAL INCOMPETENCE and lack of professionalism is DISGUSTING. I have actually filed complaints against this group due to their inability. Additionally, Anthony Cruz should not have a job there as he is one of the rudest most uncompassionate people I've ever had to encounter. BEWARE THEY ARE DANGEROUS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I initially went to the wrong floor and realized within about five minutes, arriving on the correct floor around 3:05 PM. Despite this, the doctor chose to cancel my appointment instead of seeing me, which felt extremely unreasonable and unprofessional.
