Dr Nelson is very thorough, kind, and listens carefully.
This was our first visit with Dr. Schoeller. My wife and I both feel comfortable with Dr. Schoeller. Good bedside manner. Knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with us.
Dr Nelson is the best!! My favorite doctor ever!! She takes time to listen, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, quickly to responding and kind. I appreciate her wisdom very much and I just love her personality.

Although my visit was about eight months ago, I was reminded of it when I saw that Lorenzo Hernandez is leaving BayCare. His bedside manner was the worst I’ve experienced in a healthcare setting, and I felt I was treated poorly despite the situation not being my fault. I was glad to see he is no longer with BayCare!
