Dr Hubanek stopped providing me care mid treatment because it was too much paperwork since the insurance companies switched what meds they would cover. Thanks very much….
Although doctors and medical staff are quite excellent, same cannot be said about the phone answering protocol. On 2 consecutive days, when I needed to talk to a medical representative about a medical question, I was put on hold by the person answering the phone. I gave up listening to the music after more than 20 minutes. On both occasions I was left hanging...this service is not in line with the quality of the rest of the office and needs to be addressed.
I’ve been getting hounded by collections for the past couple months and finally figured out why today... apparently I owe $60 to these people from some visit in 2015. I had insurance at the time and paid my copay in full. I NEVER received a bill from them or any other notice about this amount. I have perfect credit and have never missed a payment in my entire life but these people are trying to f%ck that up for some reason. Tried calling but their posted hours here are not accurate.
