Dr Nam and his nurses awesome. Dr Stair is great as well. However, this rating is for the front patient/customer service staff. They are horribly rude/ grouchy/ snippy from the second they answer the phone. This has been from the time i started going there. I would not still be going if Dr Nam wasn't so good. You really need to consider getting some new employees up there, or they will run everyone off.

Very through and efficient staff. They follow up, order any necessary tests/lab work, and actually do an exam! Much more organized than previous provider at Florida Medical Clinic
Made an appointment for 2PM. It is now 3:22PM and I still have not been seen past taking my vitals. I got no headsup about a long wait time and no one came in to check or inform me how much longer. I had to ask myself. I understand potentially being understaffed, but the lack of communication is very frustrating to me. If I didn’t have to complete my follow up for work, I would have left the office already.
Dr. Sutherland is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She takes the time to really listen and always makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the experience has always been consistently great. The staff are polite, kind, and professional, I’ve never had any issues. They call to remind me about appointments, and any time I’ve been in the hospital, they follow up the next day to check in and make sure I’m okay.
