Dr. Sutherland is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She takes the time to really listen and always makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the experience has always been consistently great. The staff are polite, kind, and professional, I’ve never had any issues. They call to remind me about appointments, and any time I’ve been in the hospital, they follow up the next day to check in and make sure I’m okay. Front staff is very rude! Tampa Carrollwood have lots of family practice, not gonna waste my time at this office anymore.
Difficult to reach the misinformed office staff for appointments or billing questions. Was told the new patient visit would qualify as an annual wellness checkup when scheduling appointment via phone, only to receive a $150 bill afterwards. All about efficiency/profit here; I guess staff was friendly enough though.
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment with the appointment team at the Baycare location on 10330 N Dale Mabry Hwy #190, Tampa Florida 33618 . On Friday, January 3, 2025, at 1:42 pm, I made a phone call to schedule an appointment with my mom's primary care physician, Dr. Phuong Nguyen. Absolutely horrible experience. Did not like this place from the get go. They had no updated hours or numbers on Google Maps and the staff is horribly rude and incompetent. I was forced to stay in a hospital with my NEWBORN for about a week while they tortured her with unnecessary tests for her not gaining weight only for them to tell me to feed her more as if I didn't already tell them that was what needed to be done.
