I’m disappointed that every time I call to schedule an appointment for primary care or have general questions it goes straight to voicemail. It makes me think this place is understaffed. I like the doctor (it sucks she’s leaving), but it’s not enough to give this place a good rating. The lack of follow up from the front desk staff or whoever is supposed to be answering and returning phone calls is abysmal.
I will miss Dr. Azhar...wishing her all the best in her journey!!!
Everyone at Dr. Feldman's office was polite, caring, and knowledgeable. Check-in was efficient as was making my next appointment. The facility including the restroom is clean, and the signage is easy to follow. Dr. Feldman is warm and caring. He spends plenty of time, asks probing questions, answers all my questions, and follows up on all open issues.
Finding a doctor you trust is so important, and that’s exactly why I’ve stayed with Dr. Feldman for years. He is thorough, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. The office environment is always pleasant thanks to the friendly and courteous staff. If you’re looking for quality care, this is the place to go.
