DO NOT RECOMMEND! Baycare medical oakview is a horrible doctor office and they treat you as a number and don't even remeber you or look at chart and she would not address any of my issues. unless it's basic colds and stuff i do not reccomend if u have more then the normal health problems. I've seen her for over a year and she remembers nothing every time and treated me horrible today i left crying with no support.

I actually think Dr. Natasha Verma was great, but the staff, especially the receptionists were difficult to work with. The staff made me nervous so I could not properly communicate, so they receptionist booked my appointment a year out instead of 8 weeks. I can't work with the staff here, but Dr. Verma is great!

Poor experience with this practice. They billed me for a fully covered physical because the billing team considered it diagnostic. Nobody told me this when I was visiting and the site manager admitted that each doctor does whatever they want in that regard. Their solution is a paper list telling you what you can and can’t ask about that, again, only some of their doctors are handing out.
