Dr Real was great and actually got me in 20 minutes before my appointment which was appreciated, I have no complaints about him. When I left my appt. the lady at the front desk told me I was good to go and didn't need to pay there. I am a cash payer and assumed, like other baycare locations, they would just send me the bill online and I would pay it there.
