I called at 8am when the phone lines went off, the lady answered the phone and I told her I was calling to schedule an appt (FOR MY 20MONTH OLD) and she says “can I call you back we’re in a meeting?” Why tf are yall in a meeting at 8am during business hours? Put your phones on service if that’s the case. Who is the manager that thought it was a good idea to hold a meeting every morning at 8AM. It was terrible customer service. They won't allow me back with my son only my wife. I'm getting sick of this whole covid thing! Parents should be to be with their children when they're going through something like this. The lady spoke very rudely towards us. I have their insurance and they won't let me out of network. Had to drive 70 mike's. I just have nothing positive to say at this point....
