Timely, attentive and informed staff and physician
Impossible to reach my doctor’s office in a timely manner. Also, trying to set up a patient portal is a problem. System keeps rejecting my efforts. The previous Geissler Clinic system was so much more efficient.
I always feel as if Dr. Akhila Reddy has my concerns at the forefront of our visits. She is willing to take the time to check out all of my issues and explains what medication she is prescribing.
Service sucks doctors are always behind. Every time I sit in the waiting area for an half hours and then in the back for another half hour. Before I see Dr Harrison
Dr. Ford is a wonderful Doctor and a very caring Man. He listens to all my concerns and addresses them. As my Doctor for over 30 years, I wouldn't choose any other.
