I was going to have a colonoscopy with Dr Davis because we are trying to see what might be causing my low white blood cell count. Since it was low, and the doctor saw my bloodwork, she requested that I get sign-off from my hematologist before the procedure. My hematologist signed off and the appointment was confirmed for tomorrow. Absolutely the worst medical clinic. Rude and unprofessional staff who refuse to schedule appointments even when the patient has a referral. I would not go here. Save your time, money, and health by choosing a clinic who will actually be considerate of the patient vs just trying to make as much money for the doctors as possible.
Antiquated system of being forced to see one doctor for three years and needing to get “permission” by said physician.. not even a doctor.. to see an actual doctor who has more to do with my case. George at the front desk strong armed me into a decision I did not want.
Find a different office. It’s a complete amateur hour trying to schedule an appointment. They will cancel your appointments and make up excuses for their internal mistakes. Just find someplace different and save yourself the headache.
After reading the reviews I was hesitant taking my senior disabled parent, but it was emergency since her other gastroenterologist no longer takes UNITED HEALTHCARE 🤨🤨 anyway Llana PA was a gem so sweet listen to our concerns. The front check in was pleasant and my mom was able to get a last minute appointment. I gave 4 stars because the room we waited in was very warm
