This office is definitely not operating "the Baycare way" a complete disaster. One person manning the phone and the front desk. Please close the office or hire staff to ensure efficient operation. When a child is ill there is no utility to be found in waiting online for 15+ minutes. I recommend that you consider closing this office until you can figure out how to deliver care.

The medical system overall needs an overhaul. We pay over $100 for a 10-minute visit and still end up with the same over-the-counter medicines. Baycare – you need to do a better job handling your calls. Your front desk staff is so rude that it feels like a mistake to call you. We have been with you for more than a year, but it seems we may need to look elsewhere. My son has a 101°F fever, and I asked if I could speak to a doctor. They ask patients to arrive 30 minutes early and delay their appointment by 45 minutes. This is not a 1st time problem. It's always the same thing! The first step to being respected is respect the patient. I'm changing my son's primary doctor!
