Sandra the nurse could care less about you as a patient.Told her about a concern I had with not being notified my heart rate was 238 to 250 while wearing heart monitor until 10 days later. I asked if that was a concern and I stated it was a live monitoring system.Then asked if 250 heart rate for 3 1/2 minutes is not an emergency?She then stated what do you want me to do about it. Dr. Firas Almahasneh is a cardiologist that never is available to see his patients, office staff is always canceling & rescheduling my appointments. Staff is so rude & unprofessional! My mom was hospitalized several times with respiratory issues & not one time did he come to see her or even call to follow up!!! I would not be taking her to him again!!! Very bad experience with doctors & hospitals here!!!! BayCare!!
They're moving to a new building on Dr MLK Blvd just west of St Joseph's Hospital during early April 2026.
Horrible Horrible Horrible. They don’t care about patients- we are just numbers. Our appointment was cancelled with no reason that we scheduled a year out. We can’t get an appointment for 3 months. Need a hospital follow up appointment- good luck!!! 10/10 don’t recommend. Find another cardiologist to go to.
