Worst experience ever. They don't seem like they have any compassion for people. Sad
Longtime patient coming to this location but the front desk service has gone downhill. I called to make an urgent appointment and both times they scheduled me with the nurse instead of the doctor. I was recommended to try yoga. I had to call and demand a CT scan that inevitably showed a complication that needs additional testing. I called to ask for specialist information and the desk told me they would mail me that information and I should have it within a day or two. It never came. Doctors and staff are fantastic here. My Dr is Steinberg he is a very good doctor and I highly recommend this office.
We both love having Dr steinberg as our primary physician. His med assistant Tracy is professional and skilled and attentive to us both. They are a good team together.
This is about my dissatisfaction with the Baycare Medical Group and not any specific doctor. Because I didn't see my doctor for over 2 years I was told that I was now considered a new patient and they didn't have any appointments available for new patients for 4 months. This is apparently standard procedure for this Medical Group. I've never even heard of a doctor or health group cancelling someone as a patient because they didn't make an appointment within a specific time frame.
