They are good but they need to get better on answering the phone
Doctor Cura is the best ,he is super patient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this amazing doctor.
The doctors are great and the pa also but The front desk and scheduling management are horrible they have absolutely no idea of what they are doing and when you try to call front desk either they are non responsive or out of contact do . They really need to get better people for front desk or hire better training agents
Dr Cura was great, and his assistant was very kind as well, fron desk was ok, but could be better.
Dr Irwin is awesome as is the PA's in the office. Front desk , schedulers are awful!!!!! They do not have a clue. Including canceling your Very important appointments without contacting patiet!!! Terrible and rude!
