Providers are great. Front of house staff is a joke. They made jokes about me in front of my face and laughed when I confronted them about it. What a joke at a mental health facility. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I called this morning to check on the status of my father's prescription renewal approval. He still has 3 more refills on his prescription but because it has been 6 months, the prescription is expired. I'm in the state of Tennessee due to hurricane season and won't be back until November in Florida. When I called this morning the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Normally, I have no issue with this place. Today, because of the tropical storm, I'm ASSUMING the office is closed. I received a text over the weekend confirming my appointment. I did the early check-in. I show up to my appointment at 8:00 with my appointment being at 8:20 No door was opened by 8:30 with patients waiting inside. Couldn't cancel the appointment couldn't send a text message couldn't let anybody know but then still had us drive in this weather only to find the door closed.
