Erica the rest of the staff, and the doctors are amazing.
Providers are great. Front of house staff is a joke. They made jokes about me in front of my face and laughed when I confronted them about it. What a joke at a mental health facility. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I called this morning to check on the status of my father's prescription renewal approval. He still has 3 more refills on his prescription but because it has been 6 months, the prescription is expired. I'm in the state of Tennessee due to hurricane season and won't be back until November in Florida. When I called this morning the person I spoke to was incredibly rude.
