Recently had spine surgery. Dr Valdivia is the best! He’s so confident and sure. His PA and NPs are also very good. Very kind.
The staff were insensitive to patient need and unwilling to help. I was late and explained to them that it took me 40 minutes to get the office and will wait just so I can get my medication prescribed; they said no. There are times that I show up early or on time and had to wait more 30 minutes to see the neurologist. Don’t recommend this place.
Ive never been so insulted by a physician in my life over a $20 brace.....I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here.
Don’t bother showing up early or even on time. I showed up 30 min early to my appointment hoping to leave in time for work, but apparently that’s too early for them to even see I have an appointment in the system. So they had me wait until 10 min before my appointment to check in and then they let in other patients who came late for their appointments in before me because it’s by appointment time. Oh and if you miss work, then that’s not our problem nor concern. That’s just disgusting.
