The staff has been wonderful with my Mom!
Awful front desk associates putting their two sense in where it's not needed. The doctor was dressed so unprofessionally. She also had terrible beside manor and was terribly rude in that situation.
Very nice facility, staff is super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We were here with our son for a few days and all the staff are extremely kind, they take very good care of you while you stay.
Top notch care for the people I love. Thank you, Mease Hospital and ER!!! Great cafeteria with Coke products and awesome pellet ice. Complimentary valet parking at the main entrance and the ER.
Oh wait they do have a shuttle! 86 that previous angry comment.
Parking can be a b#!$& but the free wifi, great coffee and food make up for it. :)
What a great experience! The staff is more than accommodating and very professional. They provide care with such accuracy and speed. Nice staff day and night. I can't thank them enough!
