Inaccurate equipment was ordered, resulting in a prolonged wait of over a year for the necessary parts. The company consistently attributes the patient’s dissatisfaction to the customer’s issue, despite repeated requests for resolution. Wrong equipment ordered, more than a year waiting for parts, constantly blaming the patient for their poor service, not responding to repeated requests but then blaming you for not answering the phone when they call once. Rude…then acting like they know you when they don’t. Ray and Christina are horrible. Basically, your worst experience ever with parts that don’t work that you paid for.

I needed a new wheelchair to better fit my daily life. My doctor agreed and signed off on it. They refused to provide a new chair despite insurance and the doctors calls. Get your services somewhere else.

BayCare - How can you be this bad at your job? After taking a month to fix the last time the wrong mask frame size was sent, BayCare sends the wrong size again on my very next order! Why would someone fulfilling an order go back two orders ago for a the incorrect size instead of sending me the most recent correct sized ordered? Customer service continues to only be available during normal working hours when, you guessed it, I am working! I don't get paid to supervise BayCare and fix their mistakes.
