The best in manatee county. My dad had Baycare Home Care Bradenton Team from his three different events from last year. Plus he is currently receiving Physical Therapy and Nursing services again from his recent total knee replacement surgery. Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy Team are the best. Horrible experience for my brother and now my sister in law. Unprofessional, sarcastic and rude.
Laurie , the OT therapist and Tara, the PT are amazing. My husband is battling CNS lymphoma. Tara worked with him to make him stronger and Laurie taught us new ways of doing things around the house. Very professional and kind. Communication with them is so easy, they are flexible. Great experience!
Worst medical supply company I've ever dealt with. They double charge and are completely incompetent. Having to change insurances just so I don't have to deal with them.
Never have I had the worst customer service than I have had with this company. Tony who answers the phone is great and my physical therapist Catherine is amazing! The scheduler and the schedulers supervisor needs to GO!
