This is unfortunately the second time I’ve had to use the services of the “home care” company. While most of the service providers are fine, I have encountered a nurse (yes, a nurse!) who argued that acetemetaphin and ibuprofen were the same! And I had to remind her to wear gloves to change my dressing! But maybe the most frustrating part of my experience with them is the scheduling. Absolute scam... Do not use if you care about yourself or anybody else. Had a procedure and they didn't have the right equipment for the wheelchair and I was told sorry but was still sent home with missing equipment. They were rude and rushing to come out and visit and charged me even though I was told by two different representative that there was no charge. The best in manatee county. My dad had Baycare Home Care Bradenton Team from his three different events from last year. Plus he is currently receiving Physical Therapy and Nursing services again from his recent total knee replacement surgery. Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy Team are the best.
