Absolute scam... Do not use if you care about yourself or anybody else. Had a procedure and they didn't have the right equipment for the wheelchair and I was told sorry but was still sent home with missing equipment. They were rude and rushing to come out and visit and charged me even though I was told by two different representative that there was no charge. The best in manatee county. My dad had Baycare Home Care Bradenton Team from his three different events from last year. Plus he is currently receiving Physical Therapy and Nursing services again from his recent total knee replacement surgery. Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy Team are the best. Horrible experience for my brother and now my sister in law. Unprofessional, sarcastic and rude.
Laurie , the OT therapist and Tara, the PT are amazing. My husband is battling CNS lymphoma. Tara worked with him to make him stronger and Laurie taught us new ways of doing things around the house. Very professional and kind. Communication with them is so easy, they are flexible. Great experience!
