I had a birmingham hip resurfacing. The doctor must contract with this company, because they just sent out the therapist. The first guy showed up reeking of alcohol at 9 am. He did not have bandages, he did not have a BP monitor, and he did not know what he was doing. I was charged anyway, of course, and the company would not discuss waiving those fees. After having a right total knee replacement, I had Baycare home Physical Therapy and I can’t say enough. They were there the first two weeks after surgery, they were professional, encouraging and very helpful. My Physical Therapist’s JoJo and Natalie were awesome not just with their knowledge but their compassion. I would highly recommend them if you want 100% the best therapy
I'm 52 and had a total knee replacement. In 2 weeks I had 4 home therapists come by. All professional and genuinely cared. A special shout out to Jeff! I'm sure he is a leader among his peers. Thank you all for setting me up for a great recovery! ❤️
