I’ve been waiting for 3 WEEKS for CPAP SUPPLIES! Talked to about 20 difffrent people and all with different excuses and still no mask/supplies as of yet. I never knew that getting my supplies would end up being a total nightmare. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!
I had a birmingham hip resurfacing. The doctor must contract with this company, because they just sent out the therapist. The first guy showed up reeking of alcohol at 9 am. He did not have bandages, he did not have a BP monitor, and he did not know what he was doing. I was charged anyway, of course, and the company would not discuss waiving those fees.
