If you find the right doctor, you may be lucky to get a reasonable service. There are some doctors who have no clue about the subject matter. Patient portal is a joke most of the time. Some doctors will not even look at it for patient communication. The phone system option 5 asks you to take the option to call you back. Will never hear back from them even after the system said you are the #1 on the list. I was told some insurance companies will not honor this system for payment.
