I'd give zero stars if i could. My experience with this insurance company was devastating and, ultimately, life-altering. In 2025 alone, my mother was hospitalized 11 times, including 8 inpatient stays. Due to these hospitalizations she became extremely weak she had health issues but was NOT critically ill, with multiple medical conditions, including a Stage 5 leg ulcer that required intensive, wound care. This Company gave me the biggest laugh I've had in a long time! I asked for a book that listed the doctor. I wanted to verify that my doctors were still listed and could easily look up new ones i may need in 2026. A very heavy box arrived. Inside was 5 INCHES of individual papers of doctors written in letters so large you would never need to use glasses. What a joke! Who would ever waste that much paper? The cost to ship must have been ridiculous also. What a waste of money! No wonder I get denials for services from Baycare.... read more

Just went to a BayCare Seminar at Golden Corral. What kind of cheap outfit invites you to Golden Corral and then says (at the end of the meeting) " There's no dinner"?. Turned us off on the whole company and health plan.
