This Company gave me the biggest laugh I've had in a long time! I asked for a book that listed the doctor. I wanted to verify that my doctors were still listed and could easily look up new ones i may need in 2026. A very heavy box arrived. Inside was 5 INCHES of individual papers of doctors written in letters so large you would never need to use glasses. What a joke! Who would ever waste that much paper? The cost to ship must have been ridiculous also. What a waste of money! No wonder I get denials for services from Baycare.... read more

Just went to a BayCare Seminar at Golden Corral. What kind of cheap outfit invites you to Golden Corral and then says (at the end of the meeting) " There's no dinner"?. Turned us off on the whole company and health plan.

My wife, a plan member, passed away mid-July. I notified them 3 days later. They said "you aren't on file as her spokesperson". Say what? Im her spouse! 'We'll send you the forms'. They never did, so i just went ahead and sent the POA. Didn't hear a thing. Then i sent a death certificate. Didn't hear a thing. Medicare notified them 2 weeks after her death--'member is deceased'. They paid $1,200.00 claim and after a year they would take money back with no reason and move liability to patient. Multiple calls and they cannot give reason why money is taken back. Looks like scam to me.
