Come on Baycare I want to give you 5 stars but for 3 years I have commented on your comment card to PLEASE STOP passing out plastic bags for mammograms belongings (inpatient belongings too) and get with the program that in 2026 it is unacceptable to use unnecessary plastic bags! Ask patients to bring their own. Partner with Publix for a shopping bag. Use paper Lots of more environmentally friendly options. This is somewhere corners should not be cut for the bottom line. I was told there was an hour wait. 5 hours later I have finally left after being seen by NP who asked me what medication I wanted for an ear ache. I will not be back there.

Stay far away from Nurse Rhonda that works out of Dr. Tsalickis office! I had to report her twice! She raises her voice at you and I never have been talked to so rude before in my life. How could someone so cruel be a nurse?!
