I was told there was an hour wait. 5 hours later I have finally left after being seen by NP who asked me what medication I wanted for an ear ache. I will not be back there.

Stay far away from Nurse Rhonda that works out of Dr. Tsalickis office! I had to report her twice! She raises her voice at you and I never have been talked to so rude before in my life. How could someone so cruel be a nurse?!
I found the new baycare facility extremely clean. Everyone e xceptionaly nice but few adaquate for nursing and care. My stay was to be observed. I spent night in my Clothes. Bed, never was changed. Many empty bed though building very nice. Given procedures not relative to my coming in. I imagine it got a large overhead and not enough patients. Try a other place. I've seen better service. When you go to a hospital, it's not for cosmetics. Need knowledgeable a d good people.
