RecommendedDr. Wienkers and staff were wonderful...very concerned with my comfort throughout.
Very friendly staff. They were good with my kiddo. You have to jump through hoops if you have state medical to be seen. And eyeglasses are not covered there with state insurance.
I love the latest technology they have.
I had an horrible experience during my visit yesterday at sturgeon bay Location. The receptionist was rude, racist and unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated this way. Other staff were just fine. She needs additional training or be let go. I’ll be seeking professional services elsewhere in future and will communicate this incident to my family physician and my insurance company. You cannot do this In this day and age. Thank you Kouros Mohit.
Had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Meyer performed my LASIK surgery and made it as easy and comfortable as possible. 2 days out since the surgery, my vision is at 20/20 with no issues.
Very nice staff of nurses and assistants. Made it an enjoyable experience even for a 3 year old and Dr. Heckert is a very knowledgeable and patient doctor than took the time to explain what was going on and why he made the recommendations he did.
