Customer service!!! Really? One of the worse!! They respond in a rude manner and tone over the phone. There's no coordination between the appointment instructions given by therapists to patients and the appointment instructions at the front desk. My experience in this regard is negative. I had a great experience with Dr Weaver at this facility. Communication is always on point and I definitely feels extremely comfortable with interesting my care to this facility and doctor. Evelyn was also very welcoming. She's very thorough. Much appreciated.
I have had such a wonderful experience with Baycare! But I have to give a great amount of gratitude to Evelyn whom works for Dr. Jackson. She is always going above and beyond to take care of our needs. She's always there to answer the phone and help me with any questions or whatever I may need and if I ever leave message she immediately calls me back or takes care of the matter! She is such an asset to the Baycare team! Thank you for everything!!!
