I don’t understand how they legally operate the way they do. My son was put on medications and when I requested an appointment for a dosage change they told me he couldn’t come back for 6 months because they closed his file. But meanwhile they had been refilling the prescription every month. So now you have a person prescribed medications who has to stop cold turkey because there’s no more refills. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it is clean and inviting. It has a TV viewing area and a play area set up for children. The staff is very helpful and all your questions are answered in a timely and caring manner. I have been going to the office for twelve years and I highly recommend them.
Theres no in person doctors on site but ya can have thearpist on site hmm and my doctor she dont listen she only wants to hear herself talk also very rude and arrogant i felt soooo unheard she prescribe me meds i said loud n clear have adjusted to my body and have zero effect on me and she shrugged her shoulders and still prescribed it fix that and bring in doctors in on site cus that ridiculous!!😡😒
There's a lady named "Nancy" shes very old and rude over the phone and in person. She needs to retire. She doesn't understand nor care about people's mental health.
Baycare left me without a mental health provider to continue my medications after my doctor retired. I have no follow up care and was told to find somewhere else because they didn’t have someone to schedule me with or go to Tampa. That is not an option for me. I had no forewarning. I had an appointment booked and they gave me no notice of this. They won’t even transfer me to another provider because they said they just can’t. How can they just do this to someone who relies on their medications?
