Terrible… like god awful
I don’t understand how they legally operate the way they do. My son was put on medications and when I requested an appointment for a dosage change they told me he couldn’t come back for 6 months because they closed his file. But meanwhile they had been refilling the prescription every month. So now you have a person prescribed medications who has to stop cold turkey because there’s no more refills.
