My mom moved when ShayKay was the manager. She was wonderful she was on site during the week, panned activities and addressed problems. Now there is new management. Few senior activities are planned. The manager is only on site 2 days a week. The place has gone down hill a lot. Would not recommend it.
One star because I can’t do zero. This apartment complex does not care about its senior residents. The bottom floor floods and they do not care, allowing their residents to live in wet/damp conditions. They were told to turn their heat up when they asked if anything could be done. Absolutely disgusting that you would take money from elderly people and allow them to potentially get sick from being damp, not to mention the very real potential for harmful mold and bacteria growth. Do better.
