I wish I could give zero stars… horrible management and maintenance. They don’t fix anything I’ve lived here six months. This place has a serious drug problem all you see are drug heads walking around going to the different trap houses in the apartment complex. Don’t waste your money or time
I worked for Ghoreishi Management Group LLC on 1648 Alabama st and 838 Oak st I wasn’t aware they failed inspections until I stumbled across this paperwork and seen your email. I wanted to report them as a company for how they handle business and for the safety of the tenants who stay in their properties. They don’t have fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors.
