...One of the things I've been meaning to do: write a review for a smart, kind, up-to-date and skilled professional, made in the "old school mode" seldom found today. Doctor Chang has helped my family for years and in particular helped me manage a currently unidentified condition with care and consideration. Despite such a challenge he did extensive research and referred me to places (Unaffiliated to him) that helped give insight into my condition and treatment. I cannot recommend him more highly.
