Went as a child with my mom, my grandmother and I have fond memories of this. Please take your children so they can enjoy this as well.
A very quiet, serene, place to walk along the river or the lovely grounds with various shrubbery and flowers and water gardens. You can have lunch or a delicious baked snack on the porch looking out over a beautiful green lawn. A very peaceful place.
It's my neighborhood! A nice place, surrounded by beauty and history. I just wish my neighbors would have more respect for our town
web site is totally useless. no indication that the park is closed today before noon. drove over an hour for the 10 am opening, only to find the park is closed and "may" open by noon. nice way to run a state park or any business.
