Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company It's been over three months and my balikbayan box still hasn't arrived. Every time I try to contact them, either no one answers the phone or I’m given vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. This has been a terrible experience from start to (still no) finish. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

We won't ever send with BAYANI COMMERCIAL AGAIN!! Sent 2 boxes last June 2024-it's now October 2024-it's been 3 months now and my family in the Philippines haven't received the boxes. Customer services just keeps saying next week. Thanks for nothing. You guys just lost a long time customer.
