I'm giving it 2 stars because the only people that are nice when I call is one of the front desk and the other is Liz. Everyone else gives me an attitude and gives me the run around. I love the aids though they are great but it seems like in the office one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I'm tired of getting the run around.
