There is a Nurse with a child in Toms River. Her name is Lauren. She is excellent with him and she deserves a big Thank you for what she does. The child goes to a Special Needs School in Lakewood and she's with him all day. I just wanted to let you know that I think she is really good at what she does.
We have been with Bayada for 15 years. Their reliability has decreased year after year. The schedule changes and no one tells you. Nurses don't show up for their shifts and no one cares. They can't fulfill the needs of the case load that they have but they keep on taking more cases. Only 60% of our shifts are covered and that's before the mistakes and call outs. Honestly they should be ashamed of the lack of service they provide. It's hard enough taking care of a special needs child. They don't make it any easier.
