If I could give 1/2 star I would. I contacted Bayada in Wilmington NC to see if they had any cases that needed a nurse. I’ve been an LPN for 41 years now with the majority of my nursing is in pediatrics. As soon as I talked to someone they started the onboarding process and had me fill out a lot of paperwork which is typical for an agency. They scheduled me an appointment to come to their office. Jamie the director of the wilmington is a joke. If you have a real problem or need something done, don't worry, she'll fail you. Make many promises that things will be done and then when she messes you up she won't return phone calls and has her staff say that she's not there. Some of the nurses are great but majority only have a job because they have a pulse.
