Jamie the director of the wilmington is a joke. If you have a real problem or need something done, don't worry, she'll fail you. Make many promises that things will be done and then when she messes you up she won't return phone calls and has her staff say that she's not there. Some of the nurses are great but majority only have a job because they have a pulse.
