They never have enough nurses to cover when you need them. There's no communication why nurses don't show up when they are scheduled and call off. The nurses run the show. If they don't want to work the days you need them you're out of luck. They always train extra nurses but never there when you need them. We are always trying to cater to their needs even feeling comfortable so they continue to come back. I do thank God that we have the help we have.
