Bayada is the best home health company i have worked for so far. My only complaint is one i have for all home health companies which is that the benefits could be better. Other than that I have no complaints what so ever. They made me feel appreciated and like family. If I was still in the springfield area I would go back to them in a heartbeat! I cannot thank you all and praise you all enough!
We LOVE what we do!
I have been a PDN nurse with Bayada for the past 8 years. I have enjoyed meeting new client's and their families. I have been able to use my skills and keeping the client's at home. Bayada has given me encouragement, support and educational experience. The office staff is always there for me whether it is work related or personal. They are always supportive. I am proud to say I work for Bayada.
