I have had a few other nursing agencies, and by far, Bayada, in Morris Plains, is the best! Other agencies would not dedicate the time to understand the client's needs, as well as understand the difficulty we're going through dealing with our son's complex medical condition. I have a seven year old child that came home on ventilator,g-tube feeds, seizure meds, severe autoimmune deficiency, cleft palate, ect..... I have had a few nursing agencies care for my son and experienced a lot of turmoil. I have found them to be uncaring concerning my child. He was just a dollar sign hooked up to a vent.
