I have been using Bayada pediatrics for about 9 months now. They are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable, but are lousy at covering their weekend shifts. I have 14 weekend shifts per calendar. It took them 6 months before they completely covered one week. We have been with them for 9 months now, and my last calendar had 6 open shifts on the weekend, and my current calendar has 11 open shifts on the weekend.
