I will give you the good first. The nurses aide and charge nurse were really great to work with. Bayada as a whole is a disaster. My child needs nursing hours at home and school. We were easily able to get hours for school but on three separate occasions we tried to get services for home and were unsuccessful. The first time it was the insurance that denied us home care, so that was semi understandable. Bayada flat out refused to try a second time.
