Supper care, sweet and like family help
Bayada has done an AMAZING job with my mother. Their aides are fantastic. My. mom suffers from dementia and can be difficult. We have Litzy and she is always on time, very helpful, attentive to all my mother's needs and an all around pleasant person. Wendy and Helena out of Dover always return my emails and are very friendly. They were flexible with the hours and worked hard to accommodate us.
We dealt with a person named Sabrina. She has bad customer service. We felt like talking to an immature professional who do not know how to communicate. We do NOT recommend this Bayada agency. Their aides are inexperienced and unprofessional as well. Our family member was not safe bec. Aides do not know how to bathe nor assist with activities of daily living. Perhaps, try other home care who are more professional and safe.
