Our Bayada nurses were great, came when they were supposed to and very professional and compassionate. The staff that took my phone calls were also very professional and courteous.
Jackie is amazing, we love her and has already become like family. But we have already had 3 call outs on a matter of 1 week and 3 days. We were granted 36 hours a week in at home nursing care bc I physically cant take care of nana on my own. Management has tried really hard to fill those hours of people that have called out. Management really cares but it seems they will hire anyone and dont hold their employees to high standard. We have also had issues with nursing not being trained on a gait belt. We also had one nurse th... read more
