If I could give them a minus zero I definitely would! The worse ever, will file formally with the state. Many days my father in law was without a caregiver because of staffing issues. Maybe the people answering the phones lying should be out in the field taking care of our elderly population. Staff go through your things, eat your food, put their feet on your couch. Sit all day watching their personal TVs! The list is endless!! Please get cameras in your homes before hiring anyone there!!!!!!!!!!!!
