My husband Steve recently had the need for the VNA after a 8 day hospital stay. We found the staff at the Plymouth office very professional as well accommodating. (24 hr delivery on needed supplies). His visiting nurse, Valerie, was a pleasure to have in our home. Friendly, Caring and Supportive. We would absolutely recommend this group to anyone in need. Thanks, Kate & Steve
Would not reccomend. No consistancy and would rather put the elderly into a facility than help to keep them home. Do not use them constant no shows.Travis from pt was great.the only good thing I have to say.

Overall - very happy with Bayada nursing (most often Valerie) as well as physical therapy support (primarily Mike). My mom has been in and out of the hospital since open heart surgery with some ongoing hiccups so she's struggled a bit and really needed home health care. She had a handful of nurses over the course of about 5 months and most were very caring, kind, consistent, timely, and provided educational support.
