This company is a nightmare, absolutely horrible. Nurse Jessica changed my mother’s supra pubic catheter went from size 16 gauge to 18 gauge cause she ordered the wrong size catheter. Knowing she ordered the wrong size catheter she still changed it. After there was problems with a lot of leakage and oozing out of her insertion site she tried changing it back to 16 gauge 5 days later and without having any success. These ppl talk to you with no manners or education. Im completley new here. My dr recommended because i had surgery.i had a lady named jeanette come out which ir was smooth she called and gave me a time and date that was a 1st visit. She then said someone would call me on tuesday never got a call. So i decided to call. I called the office because jeanette had said its a 24 hrs line. I was transferred to a rude person named angel. It took two weeks of back-and-forth between my doctors and Bayada to gather the necessary paperwork for in-home health care. By the time I finally had everything ready, my referral was denied due to lack of staff. I wish this had been communicated earlier—especially since I’m recovering from a broken femur and every day matters. My recovery is important, and I hope Bayada can improve the clarity of their process and availability of staff so patients aren’t left waiting.
