Terrible service nurse Malicia was always late and rushed when doing wound care for my grandfather. I would not recommend Bayada at all. I asked how the wound was it’s getting better lies he had to have surgery and it was infected.
Do not use this home health care agency if recommended to you by a nursing facility or Cape Fear Valley. I don't have any resources to escalate my complaint so I decided to leave this review. The head PT guy Leo has zero empathy for elderly patients who are struggling with mobility especially after a 2 week hospital stay. After 2 and a half weeks of us waiting for PT after discharge, he schedules with us then the next day says he may not make it due to his sleep apnea.
