This company is so bad, I called advice what type of service I needed for PT gave them my ZIP code they asked me to send over my referral script from my doctor's office I did so. Call back about 2 hours later was told no script was there call back to my doctor's office had them refax once I call back they confirmed they received it and told me they don't have Staffing availability for me my whole day wasted needing PT and the only thing they can say we apologize what's the reason for having my ZIP code on my initial call I t... read more
Excellent home care and PT and OT
Some of the individual nurses are fine, except for Judy who has no social skills whatsoever but the big problem here is lack of communication between the nurses and the office.. I had called them on Friday so I will not be able to be home on Tuesday for the visit I have to have a doctor appointment. she said somebody will come on Monday and we'll call you on Sunday night. It is now 8:00 on Sunday night and still not received a phone call about what time somebody's coming tomorrow
