Avoid. Communication was terrible—calls and messages went unanswered—and the workmanship was disappointing. They appeared focused on billing my insurance rather than completing the job properly, I am a retired healthcare provider and i have never been treated so poorly

We are so happy with Bayada. Suzanne started the process, and was kind and responsive. We have Christy and Ashley for PT and OT, and Patrick is our visiting nurse. When Mom’s catheter came out, Ashley in the office reached Patrick, had a catheter delivered to his house, and he came well after working hours to replace the catheter. Patrick called the following day to check on Mom. The people we’ve dealt with at Bayada been prompt with help, knowledgable, and compassionate. We appreciate the support!
Horrible PT. Disrespectful and intrusive in elderly patient’s home. They do not respect boundaries or private areas/information. Go elsewhere for your loved one if you care about him/her.
